Afghanistan: Earthquake tremors were felt in Afghanistan’s Fayzabad on Sunday. According to information, the earthquake struck at 2.14 pm on Sunday night. The magnitude of the earthquake was 4.3 on the Richter scale. At the same time, no casualty has been reported.

According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), a magnitude 4.3 earthquake struck 273 km northeast of Fayzabad, Afghanistan at 2.14 am on Sunday. He said that the epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 180 km.

Two days ago strong earthquake shocks were felt in Fayzabad, Afghanistan. The magnitude of the earthquake was 6.8. The earthquake struck at 6.07 am on Thursday. Its center was 265 km away from Fayzabad.

Earlier Today, An earthquake hit the New Britain region of Papua New Guinea on Sunday. The intensity of which was measured at 6.5. The US Geological Survey (USGS) gave this information. According to the USGS, the epicenter was at a depth of 65 km. At present, there is no information about any casualty.

Earlier on Saturday, an earthquake struck the eastern part of Japan’s Hokkaido island. Its intensity was measured at 6.1 on the Richter scale. According to local authorities, no tsunami warning has been issued due to the earthquake.

Earthquake tremors have been felt in many countries in recent days. In recent days, strong earthquakes were felt in Tajikistan and Afghanistan. The epicenter of the earthquake was in Tajikistan, 265 km from Faizabad, Afghanistan. Its intensity was measured at 6.6 on the Richter scale. Apart from this, an earthquake of magnitude 6.8 also occurred 67 km west of Murgob in Tajikistan.

At the same time, on February 6, there was a devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria, in which more than 50,000 people lost their lives. Thousands of buildings had collapsed due to the powerful earthquake. Lakhs of people have become homeless due to this. Its intensity was measured at 7.8 on the Richter scale. On February 21, a 6.4-magnitude earthquake struck the Turkey-Syria border region. Earthquake tremors were felt twice in Turkey’s Hatay province. Its center was the city of Antakya. Six people have died and 294 have been injured in the earthquake.
