Earthquake of 4.0 magnitude strikes Meghalaya’s Tura: NCS

New Delhi: On Monday morning, an earthquake of magnitude 4.0 occurred, the National Center for Seismology informed. As per the National Centre for Seismology (NCS), the tremors were felt 43km east-northeast of Tura with a depth of 10km.

On Monday, NCS tweeted, “An earthquake of magnitude 4.0 occurred on 13-06-2022, 06:32:02 IST, Latitude: 25.68 and Longitude: 90.60, Depth: 10 kilometres, Location: 43 km ENE of Tura, Meghalaya, India.”

However, no casualties of injuries have been reported so far.
