Kathmandu: In yet another incident, An earthquake of magnitude 4.7 struck Nepal’s capital Kathmandu early this morning. The epicenter of the earthquake is 15 km from the capital. It was far away in Bhaktapur district. This earthquake was recorded at 2.36 am. At the same time, an earthquake of 3.7 magnitude occurred in Pahalgam of Jammu and Kashmir at 12.37 am.
The earthquake was felt in and around the Kathmandu valley. However, no damage to life or property was reported immediately after the incident.
Many people wrote on social media that it reminded them of the devastating 2015 earthquake.
