New Delhi: Earthquake tremors were felt in Nuwakot district of Nepal early this morning. According to the National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center, the magnitude of the earthquake, which occurred at 5:26 am, was measured at 5.3 on the Richter scale. There is currently no report of any damage due to the earthquake.
Earlier, tremors of earthquake were felt in Nepal’s Kathmandu on Sunday morning i.e. on 31st July, whose intensity was given as 5.5 and its center was around Kathmandu. There were earthquake tremors in Nepal even 6 days before 31 July. According to the US Geological Survey, this earthquake occurred in Nagerkot, Nepal.
