Philippines: Earthquake tremors were felt in Manila, Philippines on Tuesday. Its intensity was recorded as 6.0 on the Richter scale. According to the US Geological Survey, the tremors were felt at 2 pm local time. With this local authorities warning of aftershocks and possible damage . Their center was in the province of Davao de Oro in the island of Mindanao.
An official from the Margusan disaster office told media that officials were investigating reports of landslides on the national highway.
“We have not received any reports of other damage or casualties, but we are checking the villages around the city,” he said, declining to give his name.
“Things were shaken in the office but no damage was done.”
