Earthquake tremors felt in many parts of UP including Lucknow, magnitude 4.9 measured

According to the information, the first tremor was felt at 8.52 pm on Tuesday night. After this, very strong tremors were felt after midnight at around 1.57 pm. From Lakhimpur Kheri in Terai to Lucknow, Kanpur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Sambhal, Meerut and Delhi and NCR, people panicked and came out of their homes.

Lucknow: After midnight on Tuesday, earthquake tremors were felt twice in many areas of the state including the capital Lucknow. The intensity of the first was measured at 4.9 on the Richter scale, while the second time felt very strong tremors. The intensity of the second time was measured at 5.7 on the Richter scale. Its epicenter was 10 km below the ground on the Indo-Nepal border in Uttarakhand.

According to the information, the first tremor was felt at 8.52 pm on Tuesday night. After this, very strong tremors were felt after midnight at around 1.57 pm. People came out of their homes in panic
A student who was awake at night in Babrala of Sambhal told that the bed was shaking badly. The same situation was also seen in the capital Lucknow, when at midnight the doors and other items kept in the houses started moving on their own. After this people got scared and came out of the houses. However, no loss of life or property has been reported so far. Let us inform that earlier on August 19 also, tremors of earthquake were felt in Lucknow and nearby areas.

Tremors were felt in Uttarakhand 3 days ago
Significantly, on November 6 also, earthquake tremors were felt in Uttarkashi and Tehri of Uttarakhand. According to the National Center for Seismology, the epicenter of the Uttarakhand earthquake was 17 km from Uttarkashi at a depth of 5 km. Its intensity was measured at 4.5 on the Richter scale. An earthquake occurred in Uttarkashi and Tehri districts of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand at 8:33 am on November 6. The magnitude of the earthquake was measured at 4.5 on the Richter scale. The impact of this earthquake was felt in both India and China.

Let us tell you that on October 25 also, tremors of earthquake were felt in Arunachal Pradesh. According to the National Center for Seismology, earthquake tremors were felt in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh at 04:07 am. The epicenter of the earthquake was 81 km from Tawang at a depth of 10 km.
