ED to question Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav tomorrow in Land-For-Jobs case

New Delhi: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav’s difficulties seem to be increasing in the land for job case. ED has called him tomorrow i.e. on April 11 at the headquarters in Delhi for questioning in this matter. Earlier, Tejashwi Yadav had appeared before the CBI on March 25 in this case.

Tejashwi Yadav also went to Delhi High Court

Please inform that Tejashwi Yadav had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court against the summons of the CBI. While hearing the petition, on March 16, the Delhi High Court directed Tejashwi Yadav to appear before the CBI on March 25. However, the CBI had assured Tejashwi that it would not arrest him. However, it is believed that Tejashwi may be questioned for a long time in this matter. Lalu Yadav and other members of his family have been questioned several times in the ‘Land for Job’ case.

The matter is between 2004 and 2009

The Land for Jobs case pertains to appointments made in the Railways in lieu of land allegedly gifted or sold to Lalu Prasad’s family when he was Railway Minister between 2004 and 2009.
