Jaipur: Due to bad weather, a plane had to make an emergency landing in Jaipur on Sunday. After this, the pilot of Air India’s London-Delhi flight refused to fly the plane. Due to the refusal of the pilot, about 350 passengers were stuck at Jaipur airport for three hours.
Later the passengers had to find other options to go from Jaipur to Delhi. According to report, Air India flight A-112, which was to reach Delhi at 4 am on Sunday, was diverted to Jaipur due to bad weather.
About two hours after the emergency landing, when the London-bound flight got permission from the Delhi Air Traffic Control (ATC) to resume the journey from Delhi. But now the pilot refused to fly the plane. The reason was that the pilot duty time limit and duty hours had been completed.
As a result, around 350 passengers who were stranded at the airport were asked to find alternative arrangements to reach Delhi. In such a situation, some passengers left for Delhi by road. On the other hand, some left for Delhi on the same flight after the arrangement for changing the crew was made.
