Encounter continues after info on hideout of Lashkar terrorists in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir

In a major development, an encounter broke out in the Redwani Payeen area of Kulagam district of Jammu and Kashmir late on Monday night after input about the presence of terrorists in the area. The security forces have cordoned off the entire area. The police and security forces are jointly involved as the operation is underway.

Kulgam encounter: In a major development, an encounter broke out in the Redwani Payeen area of Kulagam district of Jammu and Kashmir late on Monday night after input about the presence of terrorists in the area. The Kashmir Zone Police in an X post said, “Encounter has started in Redwani Payeen area of District #Kulgam. Police & Security Forces are on the job. Further details shall follow.”
