Born in December 2021, Ayla Samar Mucha is a victim of this natural disturbance. Although it has definitely made her a Tiktok and Instagram star. According to doctors, the baby had suffered from the disorder in pregnancy itself. Her mother Christina Versher, 21, and father Blaise Mucha, 20, say they were shocked when they found out about it from doctors. Thought we had something wrong, but the doctors explained that it was not our fault.

Cristina Vercher, 21, and Blaize Mucha, 20, were thrilled to meet their newborn girl, but were informed that Ayla’s mouth was not “normal”. Her parents were shocked when they saw their newborn’s face since the ultrasound didn’t pick up the facial formation.

A comparative study published in Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Journal in 2007 noted just 14 cases. While it’s possible that occurrences could have risen since, the condition is still so rare that it was the first time the doctor at Flinders Medical Centre had ever seen it.

The parents made up their mind to free Ayla from the disorder. Doctors advised him for surgery. Versher and Muka are making people aware of this rare disease by sharing pictures of the baby girl on Instagram. However, the girl’s natural ‘laughter’ is spreading smiles on people’s faces.
