New Delhi: Noted singer and composer Zubeen Garg suffered a head injury on Wednesday. Because of this, he has been admitted to a private hospital in Dibrugarh city of Assam. Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma has directed the Deputy Commissioner of Dibrugarh district to ensure that Zubeen Garg gets best medical facilities. The CM also directed that if needed, arrangements should be made to take Singer through air ambulance to Guwahati or outside the state for treatment.
CM gave instructions for monitoring
Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma has also directed the State Health Minister Keshav Mahanta to monitor the matter. Apart from Bollywood, singer Zubeen Garg has also given music for Assam and Bengali films. In Bollywood, he is known for singing Gangster Ka Ya Ali and Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 3’s Dil Tu Hi Bata. Apart from singing, Zubin also plays a variety of musical instruments including dhol, drums, guitar, harmonium, mandolin and keyboards.
Let us tell you that about two years ago, during the event in Guwahati, Zubin fell unconscious from the stage. During this he suffered injuries on his neck and hand. During this, he also had stitches on his tongue and was in a serious condition. However, after a few days, he recovered and returned home safely.
