Meanwhile, two more people with severe burn injuries have been admitted to a hospital.

Two hotel employees were trapped on the hotel’s top floor due to a sudden eruption of fire. When the fire took an ugly turn, three fire fighters reached the spot to douse the flames the moment they received information. Overall, 70 people who were trapped in a fire were successfully evacuated from the second floor of the hotel.

“Two persons have died in the fire disaster, and two badly injured have been admitted to the hospital,” said Chief Fire Officer Pramod Sharma of Mathura. The cause of the fire has not been determined.

However, the hotel had no fire prevention arrangements. Why do fire incidents take place on a regular basis? It means there is a lack of proper prevention measures. Therefore, the lives of people are not secure in hotels and rest houses. Such happenings are not uncommon in India.
