Former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia bail application in Liquor policy case rejected by Delhi court

New Delhi: Former Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia has suffered a severe blow in the matter of new excise policy. The Rouse Avenue Court has rejected his bail plea. According to the information, he had filed a petition in the court for bail, but the CBI opposed the said petition in the court.

The CBI said that many serious allegations have been made against Sisodia in the case. He has even been accused of destroying evidence related to the case, in view of which his details are yet to be interrogated. In view of which they will not be granted bail.

Not only this, the investigating agency also feared that if Sisodia is granted bail, there is every possibility that he may influence the evidence and witnesses. However, now in the coming days, what are they doing? All eyes will be fixed on this.
