New Delhi: ​The G7 summit has been held in Italy. Prime Minister Narendra has also arrived for the G7 summit. During this period, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has met French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. He has shared the picture of this meeting.

Sharing the picture of his meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote that, this is our fourth meeting in a year, which shows how much priority we give to strong India-France relations. Defense, security, technology, AI, blue economy and many other topics were discussed in our conversation. We also discussed how to encourage innovation and research among the youth. I conveyed my best wishes to him for hosting the Paris Olympics starting next month.

Along with this, while sharing the picture of his meeting with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, PM Modi wrote that, I reiterated my commitment to further strengthen the India-UK comprehensive strategic partnership in the third term of the NDA government. There is considerable scope for deepening ties in areas such as semiconductors, technology and trade. We also talked about further strengthening ties in the defense sector.

PM Modi also met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. He had a very fruitful meeting with President Volodymyr Zelensky, he said. India is keen to further strengthen bilateral relations with Ukraine. With regard to the ongoing hostilities reiterated that India believes in a human-centred approach and believes that the path to peace is through dialogue and diplomacy.
