Ghaziabad: An official said that a man died after firecrackers were thrown at him in Ghaziabad of Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. He was 40-year-old. The incident was captured on surveillance camera and the footage has gone viral on social media.
Giving information about this incident, Police said that the main accused in the case is absconding and the police have formed a team to nab him. This incident happened on Link Road in Ghaziabad late on Sunday night amid Diwali celebrations.
Sharing 18-second video on social media showed, two people can be seen talking to another group of people. When they turned around to leave, a man suddenly throws firecrackers at one as a fun act. The 40-year-old man can be seen instantly collapsing on the floor.
According to the information, the 40-year-old deceased person has been identified as Natu aka Afzal. The accused has been identified as Pradeep. An official said that Police have sent the victim’s body for postmortem. They said that investigation has been started from all aspects of the case.
