Baijnath Agarwal, the dedicated trustee of Gita Press Gorakhpur, passed away at his Gorakhpur residence after a brief illness at the age of 90. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conveyed his condolences, emphasizing the significant loss to society.

With 40 years of service as a Gita Press trustee, Baijnath ji dedicated his life to social awareness and humanitarian efforts. His departure leaves an irreplaceable void in society. May Lord Shri Ram grant him a place at His feet, and may the bereaved family members and the entire Gita Press family find the strength to bear this immense loss. Om peace!”

The Chief Minister also spoke with Agarwal’s younger son, Devi Dayal Agarwal, over the phone to express his condolences. Baijnath Agarwal is survived by his wife and five sons.
