Team India Players Return to their Homeland: After winning the T20 World Cup 2024, the Indian cricket team has not been able to return to its country. Stranded in Barbados after Hurricane Beryl hit the Caribbean islands on Monday. However, now the latest update regarding the weather of Barbados has come out. The news is that the storm has stopped in Barbados and the Indian team will soon leave for Delhi by charter.

According to media reports, there was torrential rain in Barbados on Sunday night due to a strong storm. In view of the storm, the Barbados government closed the airport from 6 pm on Sunday and imposed a lockdown from 8 pm onwards. Hurricane Beryl intensified from Category 3 to 4 on Monday, July 1. After this everyone was asked to stay inside their hotels and homes. At the same time, the storm in Barbados spoiled the plans of the Indian team to return home. The team was forced to stay inside their hotel.

Indian team will reach Delhi by Wednesday evening

According to some media reports, the storm has now subsided in Barbados and the team is now all set to leave Barbados at 6 pm (Barbados time) on Tuesday. That means the team will leave by charter flight at around 3:30 am Indian time on Wednesday. The team is expected to reach Delhi by 7:45 pm on Wednesday, July 3.
