Lucknow: Google’s doodle for Earth Day 2022, which falls on Friday, emphasised the grave issue of climate change.“Acting now and together to live more sustainably is necessary to avoid the worst effects of climate change,” the company said.

The impact of climate change across many locations is depicted in today’s Google Doodle, which incorporates real time-lapse footage from Google Earth Timelapse and other sources.

The doodle pictures will vary throughout the day to reflect different parts of the world and the impact of global warming in these places throughout time. For several hours at a time, each photograph will be displayed on the site.

Today’s doodle features genuine images from Africa’s Mt. Kilimanjaro peak, Greenland’s Sermersooq Glacier retreat, Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, and Germany’s Harz Forests, all of which have seen the effects of climate change in some way.

Warmer temperatures are altering weather patterns and upsetting nature’s natural equilibrium. Humans and all other kinds of life on Earth are at risk as a result of this.

Earth Day is a worldwide celebration in which people pledge their support for environmental conservation. A number of activities and initiatives are taking place throughout the world to show support for environmental conservation. The yearly celebrations will be held for the 52nd time in 2022.
