A management student jumped off from the metro station in greater Noida. He was taken to the hospital in an injured condition where he died during treatment. The reasons for the suicide could not be ascertained.
Greater Noida/Uttar Pradesh: In a tragic incident, a 21-year-old student jumped in front of the Knowledge Park metro station in Greater Noida. He was taken to the hospital in an injured condition where he died during treatment. The reasons for the suicide could not be ascertained.
Police said that on January 9, Nitish, a BBA student from a college in Knowledge Park, a resident of Bhagalpur district of Bihar, jumped off the metro station at around 11.30 am. People informed the police about the incident. Nitish was badly hurt. He died late Tuesday night during treatment. After the post-mortem, the body of the student was handed over to the relatives.
Kumar apprised that the student’s call details and other information are being collected to carry out the probe.
Nitish’s body has been handed over to his family after post-mortem. The reason behind Nitish’s extreme step is yet to be ascertained. Further investigation is underway.
