Apart from this, earthquake tremors were also felt in Afghanistan. Its intensity was also measured at 4.3. The earthquake occurred 117 km south of Faizabad. Currently there is no news of any kind of damage.

Earlier in the day an earthquake of magnitude 3.6 had been recorded close to Kolhapur in Maharashtra. Last week, three minor tremors were recorded in Gujarat’s Amreli district in two days, an official from the Institute of Seismological Research (ISR) was quoted as saying by news agency.
