New Delhi: On Thursday, Aam Aadmi Party national convener Arvind Kejriwal announced a good news for Gujarat people. After Delhi-Punjab, He promised to Gujarat’s people that his party would provide free electricity up to 300 units per month to all domestic consumers and 24×7 supply to villages and cities across Gujarat if voted to power in state, where elections are due in this year.

APP national convener Kejriwal said inflation is one of the most pressing issues faced by the people of Gujarat today and as a step in this direction to ease the burden on the masses, his party will provide free electricity within three months of coming to power. “I am giving you a guarantee. If you find any fault later, you are free not to vote for AAP in the next election. We will fulfil all the guarantees once we come to power in the state,” he said.

In Surat, he further said, “We have promised free electricity in Delhi and in Punjab where the party had come to power on March 16 this year. In Gujarat, people are facing the issue of high power duty. We will not only provide free power supply of 300 units, but will ensure uninterrupted power.. We will apply it within three months of voting in power. Kejriwal said that you will not have to pay the bill amount within 300 units.”

In Gujarat, this is the 2nd meeting of AAP national convener CM Kejriwal in this month. here Presenting the “Delhi model,” he had said free electricity is possible in Gujarat if corruption is eliminated. “I know the magic of providing free electricity to the people. It is a blessing from above. Nobody else knows it or can do it. So even if somebody else tries to make such a promise to you, do not trust them. Only I can deliver the promise of free electricity,” the Delhi chief minister said, adding that consumers who use more than 300 units of electricity will have to pay the entire bill amount.
