A massive fire has broken out in the warehouse of an RO plant in Vadodara, Gujarat, to control which five fire tenders have reached the spot. The fire also engulfed four-five shops in its vicinity.
Ahmedabad: A major fire broke out in the godown of an RO plant in Vadodara, Gujarat. The fire spread so fast that it engulfed four or five shops in its vicinity. Five fire tenders reached the spot to extinguish the fire at the plant located in Pantnagar area. So far no casualties have been reported. Efforts are on to control the fire.
Fire sub-officer Amit Choudhary said, “The fire brigade reached the spot as soon as the fire broke out. 5-6 fire tenders are engaged in extinguishing the fire. No casualty has been reported so far.”
Short circuit fire in Khalilabad
Earlier on Tuesday night, news of a fire broke out in a minimart at Khalilabad in Uttar Pradesh’s Sant Kabirnagar district due to a short circuit. In this accident, goods worth lakhs of rupees kept inside the shop were burnt to ashes.
With the fire in the shop, there was complete smoke and smoke outside. As soon as the local residents noticed this, people tried to extinguish the fire by breaking the lock of the shop and informed the police. Fire brigade personnel immediately reached the spot and brought the fire under control after a lot of effort.
A horrific accident happened in Khargone too
With this, a major accident has happened in Anjangaon of Bistan police station area of Khargone in Madhya Pradesh around 7 am today. A young woman has died and more than 30 people have been reported injured when a tanker full of petrol and diesel overturned here.
