Gujarat: PM Modi to launch Mission LiFE in Kevadia today, lay foundation of multiple development projects worth over Rs 1,970 cr in Tapi

Gujarat: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch Mission Life at Kevadiya in Gujarat today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in the 10th Conference of Heads of Missions in Kevadiya. During this, United Nations Chief Antonio Guterres, who visited India with PM Modi, will be seen. United Nations Chief Antonio Guterres is on a three-day visit to India.

Gujarat: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch Mission Life at Kevadiya in Gujarat today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also participate in the 10th Conference of Heads of Missions in Kevadiya. During this, United Nations Chief Antonio Guterres, who visited India with PM Modi, will be seen. United Nations Chief Antonio Guterres is on a three-day visit to India.

The External Affairs Minister tweeted, “Exchanged views on mitigating global concerns and challenges in multilateralism. According to the PMO, Antonio Guterres will attend an event related to Mission Life with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The booklet, logo and tagline of Bharat Mission Life will also be given at the event.

Apart from this, PM Modi will give the gift of development projects worth 1970 crores to Vyara Tapi district in Gujarat. According to the report, PM Modi will lay the foundation stone of different development projects worth more than 1970 crores at Vyara in Taji district.

Today is the last day of PM Modi’s Gujarat visit on Thursday, October 20. PM Modi reached Gujarat on 19 October. This is Guterres’s first visit to India after taking over as the United Nations for a second term in January this year. Apart from holding talks with his Indian interlocutors, Antonio Guterres will also pay tribute to the victims of the 26/11 terror attacks at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai.

Lifestyle for Environment (Life) campaign was launched in COP26 in Glasgow in 2021 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi called upon the global leaders to join the movement for the safety of the environment by adopting environmentally friendly lifestyle. The purpose of the Mission Life is to combat the effects of climate change by implementing small and large tasks at individual level and at the community level.
