In a horrific accident, Four people Killed after heavily-loaded speeding truck topples car near Delhi-Jaipur highway.
Gurugram: In yet another horrific accident that came into light where four people died and two were injured after a heavily-loaded truck overturned and fell on their car on the Delhi-Jaipur highway in the early hours of Tuesday, the police said. The incident happened at around 2 am, they said.
Six people, including two women and a driver, were returning to Noida from Udaipur, they said.
A speeding truck overturned near Sidhrawali village on the Delhi-Jaipur highway on the Delhi-Jaipur highway on the people traveling back from Udaipur. In this painful accident, one girl and three boys died on the spot. At the same time, a girl and a boy have been admitted to a private hospital in critical condition. Gurugram Police has started investigating the matter by taking the four bodies in their possession.
The police identified the deceased as Deepak, 25, Adarsh Kumar, 23, Kumara Pujit, 25, and Muskan, 24. The two injured – Priyanka, 22, and Jasnor Singh, 27 – are undergoing treatment at a private hospital. Officers said Priyanka suffered a fracture in her foot, while the other injured person is stable.
Station House Officer (Bilaspur) Ajay Malik said that the families of those who died and those injured have been informed about the accident. An FIR or police case will also be registered.
The bodies have been kept in the mortuary and the injured are undergoing treatment at a hospital, police said.
Police said that all passengers of the car were working at a private company in Noida.
