Gurugram: The person who stole the flower pots planted on the roadside for the G20 Summit in Haryana’s Gurugram has been arrested. The flower pots were arranged by the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) near Shankar Chowk. The accused has been identified as a 50-year-old man named Manmohan. Let us tell you that A video of this incident went viral on social media on Tuesday, in which two people were seen stealing pots. It is seen in the video that two people stopped, stole flower pots and fled.

After the video surfaced, the police started investigation and now the accused has been arrested. However, the accused has been released on bail from the police station itself.

Actually, the G-20 summit meeting is to be held in Gurugram. In such a situation, the administration has cleaned and beautified the surrounding area. Pots were placed on the roadside for decoration. But on Tuesday, a car stops on the roadside and then two people are seen putting flower pots in the trunk of a luxury car ‘Kia’. After the video of the incident comes to the fore, the matter reaches the police and now the police takes action.

According to the Gurugram police, 50-year-old Manmohan Singh has been arrested by the police. The police have also seized the accused’s car and the stolen pots. The video of the incident of theft of flower pots has become quite viral on social media. Because these pots were planted to welcome the foreign guests coming to the G-20 summit.

This incident happened at Sahrol border on Delhi-Gurugram border. Foreign guests have to enter Gurugram through this route.
