Gyanvapi Masjid dispute: Court sacked commissioner, orders to present survey report in 2 days

Varanasi: Hearing in Varanasi Court on Gyanvapi Masjid case has been completed. Giving a big decision, Varanasi Court has removed Court Commissioner Ajay Mishra from the post. Apart from this, a time of 2 days has also been given by the Varanasi Court to the Court Commissioner to present the survey report. But the court has withdrawn all the powers of the commissioner. Now in his place, within two days, Vishal Singh will present the survey report in the court as commissioner.

Decision on demolition of wall on Wednesday

During the hearing, the commissioner was accused of leaking information, after which the court removed him from the post with immediate effect. The commissioner has also been accused of bias. Now the remaining two Ajay Pratap and Vishal Singh will continue as the court commissioner. The Hindu side has demanded the demolition of the wall after the claim of the Shivling being seen at the place of Wuzukhana, on which the court will give its verdict on Wednesday.

Supreme Court gave a big order

On the other hand, the matter was heard in the Supreme Court where the Muslim side has demanded a stay of all the decisions of the lower court. But the court has upheld the decision to seal the Vuzukhana and notices have been issued. However, the court said that no one should be stopped from offering Namaz. In the Supreme Court, the UP government has sought time till Wednesday. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta was representing the UP government in the Supreme Court.
