‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign started from today, HM Amit Shah hoisted the national flag at the residence

New Delhi: The campaign ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ started under the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, to commemorate the 75th anniversary of India’s independence, will continue till August 15. Prime Minister Narendra has appealed to the countrymen that all the countrymen should hoist the tricolor at their homes on this nectar festival of independence. From today onwards people will hoist the tricolor flag at their respective homes and establishments. The government has urged people to hoist or display the tricolour in their homes from August 13 to 15 to celebrate the 75th anniversary of India’s independence.

Today morning, Home Minister Amit Shah along with his wife Sonal Shah hoisted the tricolor at his residence. Amit Shah had informed about it on 12 August itself that he would hoist the tricolor at his house on Saturday morning.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma attended Prabhat Pheri as part of Har Har Tiranga campaign in Guwahati. During this, CM Himanta appealed to the people of Assam, all the people must hoist the tricolor at their respective homes.

As part of the campaign, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) personnel have hoisted the tricolor at an altitude of 14,000 feet in Uttarakhand this morning.

Indo-Tibetan Border Police personnel and devotees along with local people hoisted the tricolor under the ‘Har Ghar Tricolor’ campaign at Badrinath Dham in Uttarakhand.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has also appealed to the people to put up the tricolor at homes on this occasion. Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, “The tricolor is our pride, the tricolor is our pride, the tricolor is our pride, the tricolor is our life. Tricolor campaign is starting from today at every home. You should also proudly put the tricolor at your home.”

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath released a video regarding the Tricolor campaign and said that the national flag of India is a symbol of our pride and pride. During this, Yogi has appealed to the people to participate in this Amrit Mahotsav.

In the 91st episode of his Mann Ki Baat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had appealed to make the Tricolor campaign a success. He had said that to express gratitude towards our national heroes, the national flag must be hoisted on the houses and establishments during the ‘Har Ghar Tricolor’ campaign. Along with this, PM Modi had also appealed to put the tricolor on his social media profile between August 2 and 15.

After the launch of this campaign by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, all the post offices are selling the tricolor. This campaign has been started to encourage people to hoist the tricolor at their homes from 13 to 15 August on the occasion of 75th Independence Day. The Indian Postal Service has also started the facility of free delivery on buying flags online under this campaign.
