Gurugram: In early morning on Friday, a police said that a 20-year-old young man lost his life after an argument between them at a Ramlila pandal in Gurugram. According to the information, the incident took place in Bhim Nagar area of Gurugram.
Gurugram: In early morning on Friday, a police said that a 20-year-old young man lost his life after an argument between them behind a Ramlila pandal in Gurugram of Haryana. The victim identified as Ashish.
According to the information, the incident took place in Bhim Nagar area of Gurugram. This incident happened the victim, who worked with a DJ operator, had gone with a friend to watch Ramleela. The police said that the reason behind the altercation was not known immediately.
Police said that after getting information about the incident, a police team reached the spot and took Ashish, a resident of Bhim Nagar, to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
The police officer said that according to the complaint lodged by victim’s uncle Suraj, his nephew had gone to watch Ramlila with his friend Karan on Thursday night. Suraj said that he got information that Ashish had been shot at around 1 o’clock in the night.
In his complaint Sooraj said, “After reaching the hospital, Ashish’s friends Karan and Dheeraj told me that two people, Nishi and Rohan, with whom he had a fight, had shot him.”
According to the information received by police, Ashish was shot behind the Ramleela pandal around 12:30 am. Police also said that based on Suraj’s complaint, an FIR has been registered against Nishi and Rohan under sections 302 (murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code under the Arms Act.
Investigating officer Sub-Inspector Bahi Ram Kataria said that the reason behind the altercation is not clear yet. The accused are on the run and will be arrested soon.
