In a brutal attack, Some masked miscreants attacked a person named Jugnu at Haveli Dhaba in Sadar police station area of Kurukshetra. The miscreants chopped off both the hands of the victim and took them away. The victim was admitted to the Civil Hospital, where his condition remains critical.

Some masked miscreants attacked a person named Jugnu at Haveli Dhaba in Sadar police station area of Kurukshetra. The assailants attacked Jugnu several times with sharp weapons. The accused chopped off both his hands and took them away.
Eyewitness says that 10/12 people attacked Jugnu with sharp weapons. While leaving, the accused took both his severed hands with them. At the same time, DSP Ramdutt Nain, who reached the spot, said that the incident was reported from the police control room that the incident took place in Kurukshetra Haveli. After the information, the police reached the spot.
Officials said that they were going through CCTV footage to identify the accused.
“Ten to twelve men with their faces covered entered the Kurukshetra Haveli, and attacked the victim Jugnu and chopped off his hand. The exact reason behind the incident is not clear,” said DSP Ramdutt Nain.
During investigation it was found that the deceased was having enmity with Ankush Kamalpur and others. He said that the victim has been admitted to Loknayak Jaiprakash Hospital where he is undergoing treatment. A case will be registered on the basis of his statements and CCTV footage will be scanned.
