Haryana Girl Kidnapped, Raped For 20 Days. The distressing episode began when the girl went missing approximately 20 days ago, prompting her father to file a complaint with the police. Acting promptly, the authorities registered a case of kidnapping against unidentified individuals, initiating a comprehensive investigation into the matter.

As the inquiry unfolded, the names of three men emerged as primary suspects. Two of the accused reside in the victim’s village, while the third is a resident of Uttar Pradesh, according to police sources.

The courageous survivor, in her statement to the police, recounted the traumatic experience of being abducted and subsequently subjected to sexual assault by the three men.

In response to this appalling crime, the accused have been booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, along with relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, including charges of kidnapping and rape.
