Haryana: Woman and two children injured in attack by Pitbull dog; Victim gets 50 stitches

Rewari Pitbull attack A woman and two children were attacked by a pit bull in Rewari, Haryana. The injured woman has got about 50 stitches in her feet, hands and head, while both the children were discharged from the hospital after treatment.

Rewari: A pet pitbull dog attacked a woman and two children of the family in the village Baliar Khurd of the district. Women and children were badly injured by pitbull bites. All three were admitted to a private hospital in the city for treatment. The children have been discharged after treatment.

Pitbull is raised in the house of Suraj, a former sarpanch of village Baliyar Khurd in the district. Brought Pitbull in a while back. On Friday evening, Sooraj reached home on a motorcycle with his wife Geeta. At that time the dog was roaming freely in the house. As soon as she got down from the motorcycle, the dog attacked Geeta and bit her legs, arms and face. The dog also attacked the children of the family, Daksh and Suhani.

50 stitches in feet, hands and head

Hearing the noise, the nearby people reached the spot and rescued the women and children from the dog with sticks. The relative admitted the woman to the hospital for treatment. The woman has got about 50 stitches in her leg, hand and head. The woman is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in the city.

Former sarpanch Suraj said that he made a mistake by keeping a dog of violent breed. No one should have a dog of such breed.
