Hathras News: Case registered against organizers after tragic accident, Baba’s name not in FIR

A major accident occurred in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. So far 121 people have lost their lives in this accident. This tragic accident occurred due to a stampede during the satsang of Bhole Baba organized in Phulrai village of Sikandrarau police station area. Meanwhile, such information has come to light regarding this accident which has shocked everyone. Actually, in the FIR written by the police, a case has been registered against the servicemen. In this, the servicemen are accused of conspiring to hide the evidence. However, no FIR has been registered against Baba.

The FIR states that the organizers hid evidence and violated the conditions. FIR has been registered under serious sections in Hathras case. FIR has been registered against Chief Sevadar Devprakash Madhukar and other organizers of the satsang program. The FIR has been registered under sections 105, 110, 126(2), 223 and 238 of the Indian Code of Justice (BNS), 2023. The name of Jagat Guru Sakar Vishwahari Bhole Baba is not in this FIR.

The FIR alleged that the organizers hid the actual number of devotees attending the satsang while seeking permission. According to the FIR, 2.5 lakh people had come to the event whereas the organizers had taken permission for the program for 80 thousand people. Besides this, there was no arrangement for traffic management from the organizers side.

It was said in the FIR that, as per the permission sought for the gathering of 80 thousand, crowd security, peace and traffic management was done by the police and administration. But with the arrival of more than 2.5 lakh devotees in the programme, the situation went out of control. There was a jam on GT Road, traffic was blocked.
