Mumbai: Now a days ED is in action and today early in the morning raids at Sanjay Raut’s house as he was not appearing for questioning. The Central probe agency is probing money laundering in the ‘Patra Chawl land scam case’. The ED team has reached Sanjay Raut’s house after the investigating agency did not appear for questioning on time. Three teams of Enforcement Directorate are raiding the residence of Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut in Mumbai. At the same time, after the arrival of the ED team, Sanjay Raut tweeted that even if I die, I will not surrender because Balasaheb has taught us to fight.

Sanjay Raut tweeted one after the other. He wrote, ‘Maharashtra and Shiv Sena’s fight will continue.’ He further wrote, ‘False action.. False evidence… I will not leave Shiv Sena.

“I have nothing to do with any scam. I am saying this by taking the oath of Shiv Sena chief Balasaheb Thackeray. Balasaheb taught us to fight. I will continue to fight for Shiv Sena,” he tweeted in Marathi this morning. “False action. False evidence. I will not leave Shiv Sena. Even if I die, I will not surrender. Jai Maharashtra,” MP added.

BJP MLA Ram Kadam questioned why the Sena leader missed the summons. “Why is he scared of Enforcement Directorate if he is innocent? He has all the time to give press conference but no time to visit probe agency office for questioning,” he said.

It is known that Sanjay Raut was summoned by the ED on July 20, but Shiv Sena MPs did not appear due to the busyness in the presidential election. Through lawyers, he had sought time till August 7. ED had rejected the request and summoned him again on July 27. This time also Sanjay Raut did not reach and talked about being in Delhi for the Vice Presidential election. Only after that ED’s Sanjay has reached Raut’s house.
