New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi (Narendra Modi) addressed the 94th episode of Mann ki Baat program today (on Sunday). PM Modi said that today, Chhath, the great festival of sun worship, is being celebrated in many parts of the country.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi (Narendra Modi) addressed the 94th episode of Mann ki Baat program today (on Sunday). PM Modi said that today, Chhath, the great festival of sun worship, is being celebrated in many parts of the country. Lakhs of devotees have reached their village, their home, their family to be a part of ‘Chhath’ festival. I pray that Chhath Maya blesses everyone with prosperity and welfare.

He said that the tradition of Surya Worship is a proof of how deep our culture, our faith, is connected with nature. The importance of sunlight in our life has been explained through this worship. Along with this, the message has also been given that ups and downs are an integral part of life. Therefore, we should have the same attitude in every situation. PM also spoke about how solar energy is changing the lives of the poor and middle class of the country.

Prime Minister Modi expressed happiness over the increasing awareness of the environment and nature among the people of the country. He said, ‘Sensitivity towards the environment is a way of life for us. Today more than ever there is more awareness among people about eco-friendly living and eco-friendly products…A team of tribal women prepared 10 thousand eco-friendly terracotta tea cups for export at Anaikatty, Coimbatore. It gives me great pleasure to see the increasing enthusiasm for environmental protection in different parts of the country. A few days back Mission Life dedicated to protect the environment has also been launched in India.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulates the winners of the biggest ever National Games that were organised this year in India. “It had 36 categories of sports, I congratulate the winners and appreciate their sportsmanship spirit,” PM said.

Talking about space technology

Prime Minister Modi said, ‘I also remember the old days, when India was denied cryogenic rocket technology. But the scientists of India not only developed indigenous technology, but today with its help dozens of satellites are being sent to space simultaneously. India has simultaneously sent 36 satellites into space. This is a special Diwali gift from the youth of the country to the public. This will further strengthen digital connectivity across the country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and Kutch to Kohima. Non-government companies are also getting the facility to launch their payloads and satellites through IN-SPACe. I would urge more and more start-ups and innovators to take full advantage of these huge opportunities being created in India in the space sector.

* PM said, India is combining its traditional experiences with modern science, that is why we have become one of the leading countries to generate electricity from solar energy, the way solar energy is changing the lives of the poor and middle class , that is the subject of study. He told that there is a farmer in Kancheepuram in Tamil Nadu, Thiru K. Ajilon. He took advantage of ‘PM Kusum Yojana’ and got a 10 horse power solar pump set installed in his farm. Now they do not have to spend anything on electricity for their farm. Most of the houses in Modhera Surya Village of Gujarat have started generating electricity from solar energy. Now many houses there do not get electricity bill at the end of the month. Instead, a check is received for income from electricity.

Earlier this month, PM Modi invited people to share ideas and suggestions for his Mann Ki Baat program to be aired on October 30. The Prime Minister had tweeted asking people to send their ideas and inputs for the upcoming Mann Ki Baat programme on October 30.

The show will air on All India Radio and Doordarshan’s entire network, as well as on the AIR News website and newsonair mobile app.It will also be broadcast live on the Information and Broadcasting Ministry’s, AIR News’, DD News’, PMO’s, and YouTube channels.Following the Hindi broadcast, AIR will broadcast the program in regional languages.
