Parliament Budget Session: In both the Houses of the Parliament, the BJP demanded an apology for the statement given by Rahul Gandhi in London. The MPs of the ruling party created a lot of ruckus in the Rajya Sabha today over the Cambridge speech of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh fiercely attacked Rahul Gandhi in the Lok Sabha. He said that Rahul Gandhi is a senior leader of the House. They have insulted India from foreign soil. He should come to Parliament and apologise. After his statement, the opposition created a ruckus in the house. After this, the proceedings of the House were adjourned till two o’clock. Piyush Goyal said – Rahul insulted Indians

Union minister and BJP leader in Rajya Sabha Piyush Goyal also targeted Rahul Gandhi. He said, Rahul Gandhi has insulted the people of India and the House on foreign soil. There is freedom of speech in India and everyone keeps his point in the Parliament. He has no right to make such comments on India. He should come to the House and apologise.

Opposition parties demonstrated

The second phase of the budget session of Parliament will begin on Monday. It will run till 6 April. At the same time, before the start of the session, Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge called a meeting of opposition parties on Monday morning. Sonia Gandhi also appeared in this meeting, while 16 parties participated in the meeting. After the meeting was over, the opposition leaders started protesting against the central government in front of the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Parliament.
