According to top government sources, ground forces were activated and two Su-30MKI fighter jets were dispatched to intercept the plane shortly after security agencies received information amidst the bomb threat.

The aircraft attempted to land at the Delhi air base but was denied permission to do so, and it was accompanied by the two jets continuously. However, the threat of a bomb was later dismissed, and the aircraft was then allowed to proceed to its destination of China.

However, security personnel are closely monitoring the jet and its route towards China, and all air stations of the Indian Air Force and aviation units have been kept on high alert. The air plane is still being tracked by Indian agencies closely.
