In Arunachal Pradesh and Assam and Meghalaya, there has been a warning of thunder and lightning and heavy rain. There is a possibility of heavy rain in Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura today and tomorrow, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya today.
