New Delhi: Moderate to heavy rain may occur in many areas of the country including the capital Delhi today. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for Delhi. At the same time, rain is expected in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Uttarakhand in the next 24 hours. On the other hand, Bihar, which is facing drought, can get relief from today. According to private weather agency Skymet, torrential rains have been predicted in many areas in Bihar.

In Delhi, According to the weather department, the sky will remain cloudy today and moderate to heavy rain has been predicted. The maximum temperature can be recorded around 34 and the minimum is 28 degrees. According to the Met, there will be heavy rain in Delhi from July 20 to 25. During this, the maximum temperature is expected to remain up to 32 degrees, while the minimum temperature will remain in the range of 25-27 degrees. That is, Delhiites will get a chance to get drenched in heavy rain for the next few days.

Relief is expected for the coming few days for Bihar, which has been suffering from lack of rain for some time. According to Skymet Weather, moderate to heavy rains are expected in some parts of Bihar. According to Skymet Weather, moderate to heavy rains have been predicted in some parts of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Coastal Karnataka, Kerala, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh from July 20.

Relief is also expected in Uttar Pradesh as the weather department predicted very heavy rains in many parts today to July 23. At the same time, for Uttarakhand, the Meteorological Department has issued a red alert of heavy rain for nine districts of the state today. During this period, the possibility of excessive rainfall has also been expressed at many places. After the warning of the Meteorological Department, orders have been issued to close schools and Anganwadi centers in five districts from class I to XII. For Uttar Pradesh, The weather department also, an orange alert has been issued for heavy to very heavy rain in Gonda, Balrampur, Shravasti, Mathura, Agra, Bijnor, Moradabad, Rampur and adjoining areas.

Apart from this, rain is also expected in many areas of Maharashtra, Punjab, Telangana, Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. It is worth noting that Maharashtra and Odisha have been raining continuously for some time now. Flood situation prevails in Madhya Pradesh due to rain.
