IMD issues stormy rain alert in Maharashtra-UP, Delhi to get relief from humidity today

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for heavy rains in 10 districts of Maharashtra as well as in Gujarat for the next 2 days from today. According to the Meteorological Department, due to rain in many areas of UP (UP Weather Forecast) for the next three days, people will get relief from the humidity.

New Delhi: Today in Delhi, there has been an increase in the temperature due to the bright sunshine. Today the mercury can remain close to 37 degrees. However, the Meteorological Department said that it is expected to be cloudy till the evening and there may be light rain in some areas. The humidity may increase further after the rains.

According to the latest update from IMD, there will be a change in the weather on Sunday and there may be moderate rains in the capital.

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for heavy rains in 10 districts of Maharashtra as well as in Gujarat for the next 2 days from today. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely to continue with an increase in rainfall activity over the west coast. Mumbai, Thane, Raigarh, Ratnagiri, Satara, Bhandara, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Pune and Palghar will see more impact.

Orange alert has been issued in Konkan, Goa and Madhya Maharashtra. There is an alert of heavy rains in Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Telangana and Odisha today.

According to the Meteorological Department, due to rain in many areas of UP for the next three days, people will get relief from the humidity. There are chances of rain in some areas of western UP even today. On the other hand, till July 23 in Bihar, the monsoon may remain weak as before. However, there may be light rain at some places.
