The custody of Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia is coming to an end. If sources are to be believed, CBI will not ask for remand today. In such a situation, the court can send Manish Sisodia to jail in judicial custody. Then on March 10, there will be a hearing on his bail. – Sisodia’s counsel said that keeping him in custody would not serve any purpose as all the seizures have been made in the case. He also said that the “inability of the agency” to complete the investigation cannot be made a ground for remand.

– The Rouse Avenue Court has told the CBI not to ask Sisodia the same question again and again. If CBI has any new question then ask them.

– The CBI, on its part, said that Sisodia was uncooperative and evasive during interrogation. He also cited the time wasted in his medical examination and the hearing of his bail plea in the Supreme Court.

– The AAP leader had also approached the Supreme Court for relief after his arrest. The Supreme Court, however, refused to intervene and asked him to approach the High Court.
