In a video that went viral on social media, two boys were shown being forced to drink urine from a bottle, and chilli powder was applied to their private parts. As a result of the video’s dissemination, authorities have arrested six individuals in connection with the disturbing incident. Such actions are reprehensible, and it is essential that those responsible face appropriate legal consequences for their cruel and harmful behavior towards the young boys. The incident serves as a reminder of the need for vigilant efforts to protect children from abuse and ensure their safety and well-being.
The incident came to light when the video was circulated in WhatsApp groups, and a police constable immediately reported it to his superiors. The police, led by the cyber unit, took action promptly.
In the video, a group of men can be heard abusing the boys and threatening to beat them up if they refused to comply with their demands. The boys were allegedly caught stealing money, which led to the deplorable treatment they endured.
In a separate unrelated incident in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, a 15-year-old boy was allegedly beaten up and paraded naked after being accused of stealing chips from a shop. The boy came from a poor Nepalese family.
