“I pray that, with the blessings of Lord Shri Ram, the well-being of all the people in the country is ensured, and he continues to inspire everyone. Jai Siya Ram!” Modi conveyed.
On Saturday, a remarkable 22.23 lakh ‘diyas’ (earthen lamps), an increase of 6.47 lakh from the previous year, were kindled by 25,000 volunteers at the 51 ghats of Ram Ki Paidi along the Saryu River for the seventh edition of Deepotsav. This event set a record for lighting an extensive number of lamps simultaneously at a single location.
