IND vs BAN: KL Rahul injured during training ahead of 2nd Bangladesh test

KL Rahul IND vs BAN: Less than 24 hours before the start of the 2nd Test against Bangladesh, India stand-in captain has suffered an injury during a practice session. Batting coach Vikram Rathore has given an update regarding this.

New Delhi: Big blow to Indian cricket team ahead of test match. KL Rahul, the current captain of India’s Test team, has been injured during practice. Batting coach Vikram Rathore has given an update regarding him. Test series is being played between India and Bangladesh. Rahul was made the captain for the first Test match in the absence of Rohit Sharma. But now he is injured. Therefore, there is doubt about playing in the second Test match. However, according to Vikram Rathore, Rahul’s injury is not very serious. He has a slight problem with his hand.

The second match of the Test series will be played between India and Bangladesh from Thursday. Rahul got injured just before this match. According to sources, Rahul suffered a hand injury during practice. However, batting coach Vikram Rathore has expressed hope that Rahul’s injury will not be too serious. He said, “It does not seem to be a very serious matter. They seem fine. Hope they are fine. Doctors are probing the matter. But hope everything will be fine.

Batting coach Rathore was giving throwdown to KL Rahul during practice. At the end of the nets session, Rahul got a blow in his hand and got injured. Rahul was then seen rubbing his hand at the site of injury. Meanwhile, the doctors examined him. Rahul has been made the captain in the absence of Rohit. Rohit is walking out due to injury. Now Rohit is out of the second Test as well and there is doubt on Rahul’s playing.

Significantly, the first match of the Test series between India and Bangladesh was played from 14 December. In this match, Team India won by 188 runs. Now the second match of the series will be played in Dhaka from 22 December.
