New Delhi: In India active and new cases are continuously declining. According to the data of the Union Health Ministry, more than six thousand new cases were reported in the last 24 hours on Tuesday. According to the information, 6,660 new cases have been reported in 24 hours. While this figure was more than seven thousand on Monday.
At the same time, active cases have decreased to 63,380.The recovery rate is 98.67%. 9,213 people recovered from Corona in the last 24 hours. So far a total of 4,43,11,078 people have recovered from Corona.
Daily positivity rate is 3.52% then weekly positivity rate is 5.42%. The death toll has reached 5,31,345 with 8 new fatalities across the country. The highest number of deaths, as per the data, were recorded in Delhi and Maharashtra. According to the health ministry, the fatality rate stands at 1.19 per cent.
According to the Union Health Ministry, 220.66 crore doses of Covid vaccine have been administered in the country so far under the nationwide vaccination campaign and and 4,943 injections were administered in a single day.
