LPG Price Today on 1st October, 2022: Today the price of commercial gas cylinder i.e. 19 kg cylinder has reduced by Rs 37.50 per cylinder. However, there is no relief on domestic gas cylinders.
New Delhi: As soon as the month of October starts, there is relief news in the morning. Companies supplying petroleum gas cylinders have brought relief by cutting gas prices. According to the website of Indian Oil Corporation, today the price of commercial gas cylinder i.e. 19 kg cylinder has come down to Rs 37.50 per cylinder.
Now a 19 kg cylinder will be available in the capital Delhi for Rs 1859.50. Its price in September was Rs 1885. However, there is no relief on domestic gas cylinders. On September 1 also, a deduction of Rs 91.50 was made on commercial cylinders in Delhi.
In Kolkata, a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder will now cost Rs 1,959 instead of Rs 1,995.50, in Mumbai the 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder will cost Rs 1,811.50 instead of Rs 1,844 and in Chennai, the 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder will cost Rs 2,009.50 instead of Rs 2,045 from today, according to a sources.
The new rates have come into effect from 6 am today. This is the sixth consecutive cut in commercial gas cylinders, while the prices of domestic gas cylinders have remained stable. After today’s cut by OMCs, cylinder has become cheaper by Rs 25.5 in Delhi, Rs 36.5 in Kolkata, Rs 32.5 in Mumbai and Rs 35.5 in Chennai from today.
A 19 kg cylinder will be available from today in Delhi for Rs 1,859, in Kolkata for Rs 1,959, in Mumbai for Rs 1,811 and in Chennai for Rs 2,009. The cheapest cylinder among them is in Mumbai.
