Invest Karnataka Summit 2022: ‘Bengaluru comes to my mind When we talk of talent and technology’, says PM Modi

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the inaugural session of 'Invest Karnataka-2022', a global investor conference held in Karnataka today, through video conferencing. During this, PM Modi said that even in times of crisis, the whole world is looking towards India with hope, because the whole world is convinced that India's economy is fundamental.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the inaugural session of ‘Invest Karnataka-2022’, a global investor conference held in Karnataka today, through video conferencing. During this, PM Modi said that even in times of crisis, the whole world is looking towards India with hope, because the whole world is convinced that India’s economy is fundamental.

PM Modi told the investors that we have created an atmosphere of red carpet in the country. The program aims to attract potential investors and set the development agenda for the next decade. Held from November 2 to November 4, this three-day program will have more than 80 sessions, which will be addressed by various speakers.

Addressing ‘Invest Karnataka-2022’, PM Modi said that whenever it comes to talent and technology, the first name that comes to mind is Brand Bengaluru. And this name has been established not only in India, but all over the world. In the 21st century, India has to move forward continuously from where it is today. PM Narendra Modi said that last year India had achieved a record foreign direct investment of about $ 84 billion.

Addressing the inaugural session of ‘Invest Karnataka-2022’, Prime Minister Modi said that the situation created by war and epidemic in India has had an adverse effect, yet the whole world is looking towards India with hope. This period is of economic uncertainty, but all the countries are convinced that the foundation of the Indian economy is strong. Investment in India means investment in inclusion, investment in democracy and investment for the world.

PM Modi said that even though this is a period of global crisis, but experts, analysts and economic experts from all over the world are telling India a bright spot. We are constantly working on our fundamentals so that India’s economy becomes stronger day by day. Instead of trapping investors in the red tape, we created a red carpet environment for investment. Instead of making new complicated laws, we rationalized them.

PM Narendra Modi said that the PM Promotable National Master Plan changed the way the formation of infrastructure. A map of the Extendant Infrastructure is prepared along with developing infrastructure, then the shortest and most fisriage route is discussed. It also has taken care of Last Mile. He said that today when the world industry is moving towards 4.0, then the role of Indian youth in this industrial revolution and watching the talent of Indian youth. In the past years of India, there have been more than 100 unicorn here. India has made more than 80 thousand startups in eight years.
