Life has become abnormal due to rain in America’s Iowa state for several days. The state is facing floods. Due to waterlogging in houses and on the roads, people have been forced to move to safer places. At the same time, most parts of America are still facing scorching heat. According to reports, sirens started sounding at 2 am in the morning in Rock Valley, Iowa and people were asked to leave their homes and go to safe places and they were told that the water level in the river ‘Rock’ in the area has increased due to rain and it is Breaking the banks and entering the city.

According to reports, Mayor Kevin Van Otterloo said a government helicopter was arriving to help but was called off after boats were unable to reach residents in submerged areas. He said, “We have had a lot of rain here. Last night it rained four inches in one and a half hours.”

Disaster declared for 21 counties in northern Iowa

Governor Kim Reynolds has declared a disaster for 21 counties in northern Iowa, including Sioux County and Rock Valley. The local sheriff posted video taken from a drone that showed no roads, only rooftops and tree tops above the water. There are scorching heat and humid conditions in other parts of America.
