IPL 2023 Opening Ceremony: The 16th edition of IPL is starting from 31st March at Ahmedabad Stadium in Gujarat. In the first match of the tournament, the challenge of Chennai Super Kings is in front of defending champion Gujarat Titans. This match will be played at Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad. The match will be played from 7.30 pm. The toss will happen half an hour before that i.e. at 7 o’clock. However, before this, there will also be an opening ceremony. There will be an tinge of glamor in it, many famous faces of Bollywood will perform in the opening ceremony.
In the opening ceremony of IPL 2023, Rashmika Mandanna, popularly known as Bollywood actress and National Crush, Bahubali fame actress Tamannaah Bhatia, apart from singer Arijit Singh will show his mettle. After a long wait of 5 years, the opening ceremony is going to happen in IPL. In 2019, the BCCI did not conduct the opening ceremony of the IPL to help the families of the martyred soldiers in the terrorist attack on the CRPF convoy in Pulwama. After this, the event could not be organized due to Corona. But, this time there will be an opening ceremony.
The opening match of IPL 2023 will be played on Friday (March 31) from 7.30 pm. Before this, the opening ceremony of IPL will be held from 6 pm. The opening ceremony of IPL will be held at the world’s largest cricket stadium Narendra Modi in Ahmedabad. For the first time in IPL history, 1 lakh people will attend the opening ceremony.
