Srinagar: While the political tussle continues over the film ‘The Kerala Story’, two groups of medical students clashed with each other in Jammu and Kashmir. After which 5 medical students have been injured. Medical students protested regarding this and demanded action against the culprits. With this, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) President Mehbooba Mufti has targeted the central government.
People’s Democratic Party President Mehbooba Mufti further said that the central government is encouraging films that incite violence. Along with this, he has requested Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to take cognizance of the matter and punish the culprits.
What is the whole matter?
Actually, this matter is related to the Government Medical College of Jammu, where two groups of students clashed in the boys’ hostel due to the film The Kerala Story. It is being told that five medical students have been injured after the brawl. With this, MBBS students demonstrated and demanded action against the culprits.
According to the protesting students, a ruckus started in the online study group among the first year students regarding the film. Not only this, the students have also accused of scuffle with outsiders. Now the protesters have demanded to take action as soon as possible. After the incident, the SSP told that a scuffle has come to the fore in the boys’ hostel of the Government Medical College. The matter is being investigated, soon the accused will be arrested.
