This action aligns with the directives of the Court of Additional Mobile Magistrate Ganderbal under Section 82 of the CrPC (Criminal Procedure Code) and follows a government mandate.

Proclaimed Offenders at Large in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK)

The offenders, who are currently evading arrest and are reportedly residing in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) or Pakistan, face charges under sections 2/3 of the Egress and Internal Movement (Control) Ordinance (E&IMCO). The move is aimed at curbing the activities of those engaged in unlawful pursuits across the border.
